Delivery to Australia

We deliver LYVRA PocketStyle to Australia. Free standard delivery is available for qualifying PocketStyle orders, as confirmed at checkout. Before ordering, please contact lyvra6258@gmail.com to confirm the dispatch location and current processing and delivery estimate, especially if you need your order by a particular date.

Track your order

When your order ships, we will email tracking details where the selected shipping method supports tracking. Tracking information may take time to update. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can help.

30-day voluntary returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Return shipping is free and we provide a return label. Contact us before sending an item back so we can give you the correct return instructions and address. Eligibility and the full process are explained in our Return Policy.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us if your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are separate from our voluntary return policy and are not limited by its 30-day period or original-packaging conditions.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and assessing your return. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. See the Return Policy for details.
