How secure is it?
The crotch area consists of several layers: a moisture-wicking layer (directly against the skin), an absorbent core layer, and a waterproof outer membrane. This reliably prevents leaks. For very heavy days, we recommend using the SafeFlow as a backup to a cup/tampon; for normal/light days, it works solo.
